So. What do you all think of the fourth HP movie? I thought it was grand, but that's just me. I liked the whole thing, I didn't have a favorite part.

If I wouldn't have read the book it would have been alright. But reading the book killed the movie. I haven't liked any of the movies except for the first one. The movies are going to kill the books from here on out, since the books are so long, and they can't make the movies that long.

I liked the fourth movie, but, because of the amount of information they're trying to fit in a single movie, I don't think that people who just watch the movies and don't read the books will completely understand what's going on. For example, nowhere in the movie does it explain why lv and harry's wands connect. I went to see it with my pop, and I had to explain to him after the movie about what priory incontatum meant. I know I murdered the spelling of that. lol

I think that I haven't seen it, wait, I'm pretty sure.

I never saw the movie and I only read the first book for a college class. But Blind-Bandit is correct on one thing: Because the books are getting longer and longer, larger chunks of the books will be edited out of the movie. Producers need to make the movies into two parts from here on out. Like 3 hrs for one half of the book and three hours for the other half. Then combine the two into a DVD package.

all the potter moovies suck, but i guess it was still well done

There's so much information that's becoming crucial, it's probably very difficult to edit things out, though I love the first one, and i don't remember anything being edited. Except Charlie coming to get Norbert. Anyway Yeah if you want to nitpcik sort of and say oh well Harry's not shown with doby, or he didn't say that spell right, then I guess it's up toyou, I enjoy what they do. The actors like it, so harts off to them.

The parts they put in were good, but they do need to make the movies into two part ones so they can put in more information.

I like the movies, but the books are of course much better.

i believe that the fourth movie was way too choppy. i couldn't keep track of where people were in the book like i could before. they will have to improve the next movie a great deal for me to like it.

don't like the movies except that they are cool. The books are very much great and the descriptions and such are outragiously good.

I liked the movie, but since they chop the story, the people who haven't read the books don't completely understand it.

Yeah, I think the movies could be in two parts so they could get more information in there. I was nearly in tears towards the end when Harry comes out of the maze. That was awful.

I loved the fourth movie. I would recommend reading the book first before seeing it. Yes, there is a little scene toward the end where Dumbledore and Harry are in the Gryffindor commonroom and Harry says,
"When I was in the graveyard, there was a moment when Voldemort's wand and mine sort of, connected."
Dumbledore thoughtfuly says, "Priori incantatum. You saw your parents that night ..."
Anyway, you get the point. Yes, splitting the movies in to two parts would give the viewer more information, but the amount of time it would take to fit every single detail in there would be rediculously long. They're doing a fine job as it is. The parts that are being left out don't really have any relevance to the actual plot of the story, which focuses on the confrontation with Voldemort. Winky the house-elf, doesn't really have to do with that, does she?

Awful, It's nothing like the book, the characters were horribly out of character and extra stupid sceens were added in.
